Delete Your Account

Account deletion is available only inside the HowPure app. We do not delete accounts via email, phone, or this website — the in-app flow verifies your identity before starting the process.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the HowPure app on your device.
  2. Go to the Settings screen.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deletion runs in two stages:

  • Immediately: your account is deactivated, you are signed out on every device, and any product reviews you have written are anonymized.
  • After 30 days: your profile, email, preferences, scan history, and favorites are permanently erased from our systems.

Any product submissions you have contributed remain part of the HowPure catalog as anonymous community data.

Deleting your account does not cancel active paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google — cancel them through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account, otherwise you will continue to be billed.
